
WISCONSIN — More than 6,000 customers across Wisconsin are without power Saturday morning, according to PowerOutage.us.
As of the latest update, 6,070 homes and businesses in the state are currently affected by outages. Wisconsin currently ranks second in the nation for the total number of outages and fourth nationwide for the percentage of customers impacted.
Dane County is reporting the highest number of outages in the state, with 2,547 customers currently without electricity. Milwaukee County follows with 1,867 outages, while Jefferson County has 1,378 customers without power.
Other counties reporting outages include Waukesha County with 204 customers affected and Walworth County with 36.
Among utility providers, We Energies reports the highest number of outages statewide, with 3,485 customers currently without service. Madison Gas & Electric reports 2,080 outages and has the highest percentage of affected customers among tracked utilities at 1.21%.
