ARKANSAS — More than 4,600 customers are without power across Arkansas as of Wednesday morning, according to outage tracking data.
Figures from PowerOutage.us show approximately 4,620 homes and businesses are currently without electricity statewide, representing about 0.28% of the more than 1.6 million customers tracked.
The outages are spread across several counties, with Chicot County reporting the highest number at around 577 customers affected. Pulaski County follows with roughly 519 outages, while Bradley County and Cleveland County are also seeing notable impacts, each with several hundred customers without power.
Utility data shows Entergy accounts for the majority of outages, reporting more than 4,200 customers in the dark. Other providers, including C&L Electric Cooperative and Ashley-Chicot Electric Cooperative, are also reporting scattered outages.
Statewide, Arkansas ranks among the hardest-hit states Wednesday, placing sixth in total outages and third in percentage of customers affected nationwide, according to the data.
Restoration efforts are ongoing, and residents are encouraged to report outages to their local utility providers and avoid downed power lines.
