SOUTH CAROLINA — Seven people were arrested Friday morning after deputies recovered drugs and weapons during a narcotics search at a home in Florence, according to Florence County Sheriff TJ Joye.
Joye said deputies executed a search warrant at a home on McMillan Road as part of a narcotics investigation.
During the search, authorities said deputies recovered several firearms along with fentanyl and other drugs.
The sheriff said seven people were arrested in connection with the investigation.
Authorities have not yet released the names of those arrested or the specific charges they face.
Joye said additional information about the investigation is expected to be released later Friday.
