FLORIDA — Southbound lanes of Interstate 75 are blocked Monday morning following a multi-vehicle crash involving two semi-trucks and three other vehicles, according to authorities.
The crash occurred just south of State Road 64 in Bradenton. Emergency crews responded to the scene and are actively working to manage the situation and clear the roadway.
Officials have not yet released information regarding any injuries.
Traffic cameras operated by the Florida Department of Transportation show congestion building in the area, with significant backups forming along the southbound lanes.
Motorists are advised to expect delays throughout the morning and consider alternate routes as crews continue clearing the wreckage.
The incident remains under investigation.
