ALABAMA — One person was killed in an early morning shooting in Huntsville on Tuesday, according to emergency officials.
HEMSI spokesperson Don Webster said the shooting occurred around 2:35 a.m. on Lumary Drive.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found a victim who was pronounced dead there, Webster said.
Authorities have not released the identity of the victim, and details about the circumstances leading up to the shooting were not immediately available.
Huntsville Police are investigating the incident. Additional information, including any potential suspect information or arrests, has not been released.
