PENNSYLVANIA — A juvenile was struck and killed by a vehicle in Harrisburg on Thursday evening, according to police.
The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Derry Street. Police said the juvenile was hit by a vehicle and was transported to a hospital, where they later died.
The victim’s name has not yet been released.
Investigators said the driver remained at the scene when emergency crews arrived.
The Harrisburg Police Traffic Safety Unit is investigating the incident. Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the crash.
