ALABAMA — A pedestrian was killed in a single-vehicle crash Saturday night in Limestone County, according to authorities.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) said the incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Highway 72 near Curtis Lane.
Details surrounding the crash have not been fully released, but Limestone County Coroner Mike West confirmed the pedestrian died as a result of the incident.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released as officials work to notify family members.
The crash remains under investigation. ALEA has not provided additional information at this time.
