
OHIO — A search warrant executed in Kettering led to the seizure of large quantities of suspected drugs, cash and firearms and resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old man, according to police.
The Dayton Police Department said officers served a search warrant on June 2 at a residence in the 2400 block of Culver Avenue.
During the search, investigators seized approximately $13,111 in cash, nearly three pounds of suspected methamphetamine, 291 grams of suspected cocaine, 75 grams of suspected fentanyl, 25 grams of suspected crack cocaine and 6,830 suspected fentanyl pressed pills.
Police also recovered five firearms from the residence.
A 35-year-old man was arrested in connection with the investigation. Authorities said he was charged with possession of controlled substances, drug trafficking and having weapons while under disability.
The investigation remains ongoing.
