MICHIGAN — A shots-fired investigation in Jackson led to the seizure of drugs and firearms and the arrest of multiple suspects, according to the Jackson Police Department.
Police said officers executed a search warrant at a residence on April 30 as part of an investigation into a reported shooting incident.
During the search, investigators recovered a pistol, a shotgun, two bags of cocaine and a bag containing Xanax pills.
Authorities said detectives investigating the shots-fired complaint were able to identify the suspects involved.
According to police, the April 30 search warrant was the third executed in connection with the investigation. Firearms were recovered at each location, and the suspects were arrested and charged.
Additional details about the suspects and charges were not immediately released.
The investigation remains ongoing.
