VIRGINIA — Suffolk police are investigating after an adult man was found dead Saturday morning near the Nansemond River.
According to the Suffolk Police Department, officers responded around 7 a.m. May 23 to the 100 block of East Constance Road following a report of a deceased person.
When officers arrived, they found the body of an adult man near the river.
Police said the cause of death remains undetermined. Authorities have not released the man’s identity or additional details surrounding the circumstances of his death.
The investigation remains ongoing.
