MISSISSIPPI — A teenager was killed in a crash Saturday morning in Alcorn County, according to local officials.
Alcorn County Coroner Jay Jones identified the victim as 17-year-old Mason Mills.
The crash occurred on Highway 72 West in the Union Center community. Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Emergency responders were called to the scene Saturday morning. Mills was pronounced dead following the incident.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
