OHIO — Authorities are offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of a wanted fugitive in the Cleveland area.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) announced that 18-year-old Carmelo Nettles is wanted by the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service on a charge of felonious assault.

Nettles is described by police as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 128 pounds. Officials say he is known to frequent the Cleveland area.

Anyone with information about Nettles’ whereabouts is urged to contact the NOVFTF at 1-866-4WANTED or submit a tip through the U.S. Marshals Service website. Authorities say tipsters can remain anonymous, and a reward is available.
