Tucker was arraigned May 28 in 89th District Court in Cheboygan County on charges including delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of metallic knuckles, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, possession of buprenorphine and maintaining a drug house. Police said all of Tucker’s charges were filed as a habitual offender, third offense.
Walsh was arraigned on charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of metallic knuckles, possession of buprenorphine and maintaining a drug house.
Both Tucker and Walsh are scheduled to return to court on June 11.
