
FLORIDA — Two people were arrested in Holmes County after a routine traffic stop led deputies to allegedly discover methamphetamine and other drugs inside a vehicle, according to the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office.
The traffic stop happened Tuesday, May 5, in Holmes County. Authorities said deputies stopped a vehicle driven by Jessica Gamache, with Tory Folsom riding as a passenger.
According to the sheriff’s office, K9 Timex was deployed during the stop and alerted deputies to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. Investigators said Folsom told deputies she had methamphetamine inside her bag when asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle.
Deputies later conducted a more extensive search and allegedly found hypodermic needles containing methamphetamine, along with a baggie containing several grams of methamphetamine, according to authorities.
Investigators also searched Gamache’s purse and reportedly located amphetamines.
Both women were taken into custody following the investigation.
Folsom was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gamache was charged with possession of a controlled substance, according to the sheriff’s office.
