MARYLAND — Two Maryland Lottery players are holding winning Powerball tickets worth $50,000 each following Saturday night’s drawing, according to lottery results.
The winning numbers drawn June 13 were 3, 13, 44, 50, 53, with Powerball number 2. The drawing also featured a Power Play multiplier of 4x. The jackpot for the drawing was estimated at $257 million, with a cash value of approximately $115 million.
The two Maryland-winning tickets matched four of the five white balls plus the Powerball to claim the $50,000 prizes. Information on where the tickets were sold has not yet been released.
No jackpot winner was reported in Saturday’s drawing, meaning the grand prize will continue to grow for the next Powerball drawing.
Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, with players competing for jackpots that can reach hundreds of millions of dollars. Maryland lottery officials encourage players to check their tickets carefully to see if they are among the state’s latest winners.
