
KENTUCKY — Three people were arrested Tuesday on drug trafficking charges after officers executed a search warrant at a Madisonville residence, according to the Madisonville Police Department.
Police said officers served the warrant at a home in the 100 block of Crowley Lane.
During the search, investigators located and seized a substantial amount of synthetic marijuana, including quantities that were packaged for resale. Officers also discovered a chemical mixture used in the production of synthetic marijuana, according to a police report.
Authorities arrested Frank Maerz, Laura Huddleston and Matthew Foe at the residence.
All three were charged with trafficking in synthetic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The suspects were taken into custody and lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
No additional information was immediately released. The investigation remains ongoing.
