OHIO — Police in Cincinnati are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a felony involving gunfire into a residence earlier this month.
According to Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers, officers with Cincinnati Police District Three are searching for 29-year-old Nekia Haney.
Authorities allege that on April 3, 2026, Haney knowingly fired multiple shots into a victim’s home, an incident that caused panic among those inside. No additional details about injuries or property damage were immediately released.
Haney is described as a Black male, standing approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds. Officials say he has a prior history of aggravated menacing. He was last known to reside on Massachusetts Avenue in the Camp Washington neighborhood.
Police have classified the charge as felony discharge of a firearm into a habitation or school. As of April 13, 2026, Haney remains wanted by authorities.
