SOUTH CAROLINA — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 86-year-old man believed to be in danger.
Authorities said Rodney Aspera was last seen around 3 p.m. on May 12 at his residence in the 1400 block of Farrington Way in Columbia.
Deputies said Aspera was wearing a dark blue shirt, dark blue striped pajama pants and gray or beige shoes when he was last seen.
Officials said investigators believe Aspera may be in danger.
Anyone who has seen Aspera or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Richland County Sheriff’s Department at 803-576-3000.
