MICHIGAN — Detroit police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17-year-old girl who was last seen earlier this week.
According to the Detroit Police Department, Yanes Fuenmayor was last seen Monday, May 11, after leaving her home near Livernois Avenue and West McNichols Road. Police said she did not return home.
Authorities said it is unknown what clothing she was wearing when she left the residence.
Fuenmayor is described as 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.

Police said all tips submitted to Crime Stoppers remain anonymous.
