MICHIGAN — The Detroit Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 12-year-old girl.
Police said Laniyah Leonard left her residence in the 2600 block of South Deacon Street on Monday, April 20, without permission and has not returned home.
She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black-and-gray Yeezy shoes.
Laniyah is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 114 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
