GEORGIA — A crash on Interstate 95 northbound has caused significant traffic disruptions on Tuesday morning in Liberty County, according to officials.
Authorities said the incident occurred near State Route 25/U.S. Highway 17, also known as Ocean Highway.
According to 511 Georgia, all northbound lanes are closed as of 10:25 a.m. The closure is expected to last until approximately 12:33 p.m.
Traffic has backed up to Shop Road NW as crews work to clear the scene.
No information has been released regarding injuries or the number of vehicles involved.
Drivers are urged to seek alternate routes and expect delays in the area. The situation remains under investigation.
