
KENTUCKY — A man was hospitalized Wednesday night after being stabbed multiple times in Louisville’s Wyandotte neighborhood, according to Louisville Metro Police.
Officers were called to the 900 block of West Evelyn Avenue for a reported stabbing around Wednesday evening. When police arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Investigators said the stabbing happened after some type of altercation between the man and a woman. Police said the woman fled the scene before officers arrived.
The victim was conscious and alert when emergency crews responded. He was taken to UofL Hospital with injuries that were described as non-life-threatening.
LMPD’s 4th Division is investigating the incident.
