TEXAS — A man was hospitalized after being shot during a family disturbance early Tuesday morning on the city’s southwest side, according to police.
The San Antonio Police Department said officers were called around 1:16 a.m. to the 5600 block of Ocean Side Street for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a man in his 30s suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was transported to University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Investigators said the shooting stemmed from a family disturbance outside the home. Police also noted that statements from the victim and witnesses changed multiple times during the investigation.
Authorities said the suspects fled the scene in a vehicle before officers arrived.
The investigation remains ongoing.
