TENNESSEE — A woman was hospitalized early Sunday morning after a shooting at a short-term rental property, according to Metro Nashville Police.
Officers said the shooting occurred just after 4 a.m. at a rental unit on Delaware Avenue.
The victim was shot in the abdomen and transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she underwent surgery, police said.
Authorities have not released details about what led up to the shooting, and no suspects have been taken into custody.
The incident remains under investigation.
