PENNSYLVANIA — One person was airlifted to a hospital following a reported shooting Friday morning in Franklin County, according to dispatch.
The incident occurred around 6:35 a.m. in the 6000 block of Montgomery Church Road.
Emergency responders transported the victim by air to a medical facility for treatment. The extent of the person’s injuries has not been released.
The Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg is leading the investigation.
No additional details have been released at this time as the investigation remains ongoing.
