
INDIANA — A man was critically injured in a shooting on the south side of Indianapolis Thursday morning, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Police said officers responded around 8:15 a.m. May 14 to reports of a person shot in the 3200 block of Lacy Court, near East Stop 11 Road and South Sherman Drive.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to a hospital in critical condition.
Investigators have not released details about a suspect or a possible motive in the shooting.
