GEORGIA — A man was shot outside a business in unincorporated Decatur early Friday morning, according to DeKalb County police.
Officers were called to the 3900 block of Covington Highway around 12:10 a.m. after reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower leg. He was taken to a hospital and is expected to recover, police said.
No arrests or charges had been announced as of Friday morning.
The shooting remains under investigation by DeKalb County police.
