OHIO — A juvenile was injured in a two-vehicle crash involving a dirt bike Monday evening in Darke County.
The crash occurred just before 7:30 p.m. in the 8000 block of Martin Road.
According to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office, a juvenile riding an orange dirt bike was traveling southbound when he failed to navigate a curve and crossed into the northbound lane.
The dirt bike collided with a green SUV driven by 50-year-old Adam Bucklew of Greenville. Bucklew was not injured in the crash.
The juvenile was initially taken to Wayne Hospital and later transferred to Dayton Children’s Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.
