MARYLAND — A 38-year-old man was hospitalized after being stabbed multiple times late Friday night in downtown Baltimore, according to police.
Baltimore City Police said officers responded just before 11:30 p.m. to the area of Light Street near McKeldin Plaza for a report of an assault.
When officers arrived, they found the victim suffering from multiple stab wounds and a head injury. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Investigators said the man was approached by a group of juveniles who allegedly assaulted and stabbed him.
The incident remains under investigation.
