FLORIDA — A 30-year-old man was found dead following a crash early Saturday morning in Gilchrist County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the incident occurred around 1 a.m. on State Road 26. Authorities reported that the man, who was a pedestrian, was found lying in the roadway with fatal injuries.
Investigators have not identified the vehicle involved in the incident, and the circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
