VIRGINIA — A woman was killed and three other people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday night in Chesterfield County, according to police.
The crash occurred at approximately 9:20 p.m. in the 6400 block of Hopkins Road, according to the Chesterfield County Police Department.
Investigators said a Honda sedan traveling south on Hopkins Road collided with a Dodge Ram pickup truck that was turning left onto Watchrun Drive.
A passenger in the Honda was transported to a hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Authorities have not released her identity pending notification of next of kin.
Police said the drivers of both vehicles and a passenger in the pickup truck suffered non-life-threatening injuries. All three were taken to area hospitals for treatment.
No additional information about the cause of the crash was immediately released.
