TEXAS — One person died and another was critically injured following a two-vehicle crash Wednesday in Jonestown, northwest of Austin, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.
Emergency crews responded to a reported vehicle rescue around 11:57 a.m. on Farm-to-Market Road 1431 near Pecan Drive.
Officials said one adult was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second person suffered critical injuries and was airlifted to a hospital by STARFLIGHT.
No additional information about the individuals involved or the cause of the crash has been released. The incident remains under investigation.
