OHIO — A Youngstown man was killed in a crash early Tuesday in Trumbull County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Troopers said the crash happened around 12:15 a.m. on Mount Everett Road Southeast near Seifert Lewis Road Southeast in Hubbard Township.

Investigators said a 2021 Dodge Ram was traveling east on Mount Everett Road when the driver went off the left side of the roadway, struck several trees and rolled over.

The vehicle had a driver and three passengers inside, including two juvenile brothers, according to OSHP.

One of the passengers, 31-year-old Brendon E. Nichols of Youngstown, died at the scene.

Troopers said none of the people in the vehicle were wearing seat belts.

Speed and alcohol are believed to have been factors in the crash, according to OSHP.
