FLORIDA — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash that occurred late Thursday night in the Orlo Vista area of Orange County.
According to authorities, the crash happened around 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Old Winter Garden Road and Pine Hills Road.
State troopers remained at the scene for several hours overnight as they conducted their investigation.
Road closures were in place throughout the early morning hours Friday while investigators worked to document the scene and clear the wreckage. The roadway was fully reopened around 6 a.m.
Officials have not yet released details about the circumstances that led to the crash, the number of vehicles involved, or the identity of the person who died.
