
OKLAHOMA — A man died Monday evening after a UTV rollover crash in Nowata County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the single-vehicle crash happened around 6:45 p.m. on County Road NS416, about six-tenths of a mile south of County Road EW3.
According to investigators, 37-year-old Jared Zellmer, of South Coffeyville, was driving the UTV when it rolled over. OHP said Zellmer was partially ejected and pinned underneath the vehicle.
Zellmer was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A passenger riding in the UTV was not injured, authorities said.
The crash remains under investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
