SOUTH CAROLINA — One person was killed in a motorcycle crash Thursday evening near Pelzer, according to the Anderson County Coroner’s Office.
The coroner’s office said it was called to Campbell Road around 6:30 p.m. in response to the crash.
Officials confirmed one person died as a result of the incident.
Details about the cause of the crash and the identity of the victim were not immediately released.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities said additional information is expected to be released as it becomes available.
