
OHIO — A 26-year-old motorcyclist died after a crash Wednesday afternoon in Clarksville, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 2:55 p.m. on state Route 350.
Investigators said the motorcycle was traveling westbound when the rider failed to negotiate a curve, causing the motorcycle to leave the roadway and strike a guy wire and a sign.
The rider was ejected from the motorcycle and transported to a hospital for treatment. Authorities said he later died from his injuries.
The motorcyclist was identified as Tag Williams, 26, of Blanchester.
No additional details were immediately released.
The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
