OHIO — A 69-year-old man has died following a motorcycle crash Wednesday evening in Lewis Township, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers said David Harris, of Williamsburg, lost control of his motorcycle while navigating a curve on Eden Road near Marks just before 6:30 p.m.
Authorities said the motorcycle traveled off the roadway, entered a ditch, and overturned.
Harris was airlifted to UC Medical Center for treatment but died Thursday from his injuries. Investigators noted he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
