
GEORGIA — A man has been arrested following a drug bust at a smoke shop in Columbus after authorities responded to complaints from neighbors about suspected illegal activity.
According to police, officers and Army investigators executed a search warrant on April 15 at BABA Smoke Shop located on Manchester Expressway.
During the search, investigators seized more than 3,200 grams of marijuana, approximately 336 grams of Schedule I THC products, and nearly $26,000 in cash. Authorities estimated the street value of the drugs at over $40,000 combined.
Police identified the suspect as 32-year-old Preetpal Singh. He was taken into custody and charged with possession with intent to distribute, along with additional charges that are still pending.
