OHIO — A death investigation is underway after a body was discovered Tuesday afternoon in Canton, according to police.
The Canton Police Department said officers responded after the body was found in the 1600 block of 3rd Street SE.
Details surrounding the death, including the identity of the individual and a possible cause, were not immediately released.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing. Officials have also reached out to the Stark County Sheriff’s Office and the Stark County Coroner’s Office for additional information.
