PENNSYLVANIA — A bicyclist was struck by a vehicle Thursday evening in Lancaster County, prompting a road closure and police investigation in Warwick Township.
According to dispatchers, the crash happened around 5:55 p.m. at the intersection of Rothsville Road and Shirley Lane.
Emergency officials said the bicyclist was hit while riding in the area. It was not immediately clear whether the rider suffered any injuries.
Dispatchers said the driver involved remained at the scene following the crash.
Rothsville Road was closed between Briar Hill Road and Millway Road as police investigated the incident.
