Payne was charged with trafficking fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance within proximity of a school or playground, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
Sprano was charged with unlawful conduct toward a child, possession of fentanyl (second offense), and possession of crack cocaine.
The investigation remains ongoing.
