
OKLAHOMA — A 49-year-old Oklahoma City man was killed early Sunday morning after being struck by vehicles while crossing Interstate 235 in Oklahoma City, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Troopers said Corey L. Williams was walking across the northbound lanes of I-235 near the Northwest 23rd Street junction at approximately 1 a.m. when he was struck in the middle of the roadway.
Authorities said two vehicles were involved in the collision. The drivers, identified as a 19-year-old woman from Edmond and a 23-year-old woman from Oklahoma City, were not injured. No passengers were hurt.
Williams was pronounced dead as a result of the crash.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The investigation remains ongoing.
