KENTUCKY — A man was killed in a crash involving a moped and an SUV in southwest Louisville on Sunday night, according to Louisville Metro Police.
The collision occurred around 10:15 p.m. at the intersection of Greenbelt Highway and Dover Avenue.
Authorities said a moped and an SUV were involved in the crash. The male moped driver suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the driver of the SUV was not injured.
Officials have not released the identity of the victim, and no additional information about the circumstances leading up to the crash was immediately available.
The Louisville Metro Police Department is continuing to investigate the fatal collision.
No charges have been announced, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
