MICHIGAN — Detroit police are asking for the public’s help in locating an 18-year-old who was reported missing after he did not return home Thursday.
According to the Detroit Police Department, Timothy Thomas was last seen in the 19900 block of Santa Barbara Drive on Thursday, May 28. He was wearing a gray sweater, black pants and black shoes and may have been riding a purple and green bicycle.
Police said Thomas’ mother reported him missing after he failed to return home. She also told investigators that her son has a mental illness.
