MARYLAND — Six people were injured Tuesday morning after a crash involving a Ride On bus and a dump truck in Montgomery County, police said.
According to authorities, officers responded around 7:20 a.m. to the crash near New Hampshire Avenue and Mahan Road.
Police said the collision caused the roadway to be closed for a period of time, and drivers were urged to expect delays and use alternate routes.
Officials said six people, including the bus driver, suffered injuries in the crash. All of the injuries were described as minor.
All six victims were taken to hospitals for treatment, authorities said.
No additional details about what led to the crash have been released. The incident remains under investigation.
