TEXAS — Four people were killed Monday after a coach bus collided with a van in Port Arthur, according to authorities.
The crash happened at the 3000 block of Gulfway.
Officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety said all four people who died were passengers inside the van involved in the crash.
Authorities said a coach bus was also involved in the collision, though no information has been released about injuries among passengers on the bus.
Life Flight helicopters responded to the scene, and medical crews from Houston were sent to assist local emergency responders.
The crash remains under investigation by DPS.
