OKLAHOMA — Two people were arrested and a third person remained on the run Friday morning after an overnight police chase through the Oklahoma City metro area, according to Oklahoma City police.
The pursuit began around midnight near Interstate 240 and Santa Fe Avenue. Authorities said the chase ended near Northwest 12th Street and Janeway Avenue in Moore after the driver pulled over.
According to police, three people then ran from the vehicle. Officers captured and arrested two of them, while the driver escaped and was still being sought Friday morning.
Authorities have not released information about the outstanding suspect. Police also have not said what led to the pursuit.
The investigation remains ongoing.
