GEORGIA — A 57-year-old woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Thursday in Cobb County, according to police.
The Cobb County Police Department identified the victim as Yodit Momo.
Police said the crash happened at the intersection of Old Paper Mill Road and Lower Roswell Road.
Investigators said Momo was driving a 2014 Toyota Camry west on Old Paper Mill Road when the vehicle entered the intersection and into the path of a 2020 Dodge Ram traveling east on Lower Roswell Road. The two vehicles then collided.
Authorities said Momo suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Cobb County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Police said no other injuries were reported in the crash.
The investigation remains ongoing.
