INDIANA — Police in Evansville have launched an investigation after a person arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound late Monday night.
According to Evansville Police, the individual walked into Ascension St. Vincent hospital just before 11 p.m. seeking treatment for the injury.
Officials said crime scene detectives were notified and a report was taken. No additional details about the circumstances of the shooting or the victim’s condition have been released.
